What does SME Backup
do?
 The
SME Backup online backup system performs a backup
of all selected files, from your desktops, laptops
and/or servers. After the 1st backup is complete,
when all selected files are backed up, each
subsequent backup session looks for new files
and changed portions of previously backed-up
files to add them to the backup set. Data to
be backed up is compressed, encrypted, and transmitted
over a secure internet connection to our secure
servers located in state of the art data centres.
Yes, we backup, in real time, our backup servers
as well, thus ensuring we have a backup of your
backup!
How much does it cost?
 The
cost depends on the amount of data backed up
and on the level of service required. It is
very simple and fully explained on the price
list. The service starts at just £8.50
per month. You can even try the system and all
its features and agents for 14 days free of
charge.
How do I try the SME
Backup?
It is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3 - Complete
the Trial Request form
which will link you to the download centre,
download our client software, install it and
set up a secure account using the wizard. It
is very easy to use and the whole process only
takes a few minutes once you have completed
the downloaded. You are then ready to start
backing up.
Once you are happy with the
system we set up your payment, increase your
server space quota as required and you just
carry on using the system. No fancy activation
codes or complex install procedures.
What can you do with
the trial account?
Everything - The trial
account is fully functional with the only limitation
being the amount of server space available.
If you require additional space for testing
this can be arranged by e-mail request with
the support team. You should, however, ensure
you fill in your full details in the trial
Request form.
